The first show for the 2001 Rob Tognoni Band European Tour was headlining at the Roth Blues Festival in Germany. It was a great gig which also featured a guest appearance by Australian guitarist Gwyn Ashton and was the first show using the 3 piece format for Rob.

An exceptionally long day going straight onstage after traveling 40 hours from Brisbane, Australia via stops in Asia and the flight destination of Amsterdam and then the drive to Roth.

My backline for this tour was a German made Tech bass rig. Got to love a rig that sounds awsome when everythings set flat.
